My first order from Halara was awesome so I was excited to order again. I feel like this round the stuff was of lesser quality and made poorly

I ordered a sweatshirt November 9th. It's almost February, I send an email about every 2 weeks asking about my order and the first few were answered with "I'll check on that and get back to you" but those have stopped. I have asked for a refund and no answer as well. It's now not even about the money, I'm not stopping out of principle so if they ripped you off keep posting about it, keep reviewing, keep calling, we can't just let some company take advantage of us. The more ads they post on Facebook the more I keep telling people what they did to me.
