I find it very difficult to believe that I am the first one to post on this page. Perhaps that speaks to this company and they most likely delete the posts. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are complete rude and prey on the elderly. "Tina James" is a horrible person and she should be ashamed of the way she speaks to customers.

My grandmother purchased t-shirts off their website as she was very excited to become a great grandmother (who would't be!?). She followed the measurement sizes for the tee-shirts and once she receive the tee shirts, they were no where near the correct sizing. We re-sized her, as different cut shirts might be different sizes and she provided her measurements to the company. The company reported that the shirts were actually going to cost more, but that they would provide them to my grandmother (great!). When my grandmother asked for an address to send the incorrect sizes back, the company told her to donate them (even better!).

The "replacement" tee shirts they provided my grandmother were the SAME sizes as before. Knowing that the company does not accept returns, my grandmother donated them and contacted the company again. At this point, my grandmother was looking for either a refund or the correct sizes. The "Tina James" person told my grandmother that they would not refund her money and send her different sizes. This is where I stepped in because I did not like the sound of this.

My grandmother was e-mailing the company back and forth and they asked for an order number to better assist her. The order number would have been great, except NOTHING my grandmother had, displayed the order number. I contacted the company and threatened to report them to the business bureau. I had to send the e-mail from a different e-mail address because the company labeled my grandmother's e-mail as "scamming." How are we the ones scamming? Below was the e-mail response I received from "Tina James":
Hello,

Sorry for getting back late to you. We have thousands of orders and without order number it is very difficult to search and find out your order.

We got your order details.

Your original order number was 1211. We sent you replacement in hanes with that order.

Then we created another order for you which was FREE and that order number was 2142. This order was created for teespring women's premium 3XL as you requested on an email.

I have checked all the details regarding your order and do not understand why you are SCAMING?

We sent you replacements twice.

We also sent you the exact size details you mentioned in your email that you need teespring women's premium 3XL. We got all the proofs of it.

Did you not checked the sizing chart?

Even though you bought hanes shirt and it was against our policy to send different product variant in replacement but we did it to you.

You got 6 shirts till now and every time we sent you replacements you are making excuses one after the another.

We have over ******* Satisfied customers and our company is well known among all kinds of grandparents and we hardly had this much problem with any customer like you potrayed.

And For Your Kind Information your refund has already been issued in February.

I am also attaching proof of the refund.

We sent you all replacements for FREE when we already issued a refund to you! Your refund was issued to you on Feb, 2,2016 and it should have been in your bank account already.

We would appreciate if you learn how to behave!

I am sorry, but how is this "customer service." I was furious. I contacted my grandmother and we contacted the bank, which confirmed that no refund had been made on her account from this company. This company has no contact other than via e-mail with this "Tina James."

Tell your loved ones not to use them- they are rude, not grandparent friendly, and they are the ones who are scammers. We are currently disputing the charges with the bank.
