As a Masters student at the University of Toronto, my busy schedule and long study nights often require me to elicit the convenient service of delivery services such as what I thought your application was meant to uphold.
The experience I had this evening has not only left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated, but also without the only real goal of fuelling a long night of clinical report writing.
The conversation I had with the customer service department was short of compassion, explanations, or regard for the extent of the impact it has had on my evening.
I am not happy with the sole outcome of a refund and I am even more appalled by the fact that I feel like my voice is not being heard. I intend to make it heard.
