Terrible recent experience with Lufthansa. Denied reimbursement that was promised to me. Totally unacceptable and unbelievable.
Tip for consumers:
I had a canceled flight, they publicly advised us to take train for inner-german destinations and promised refund for the train ticket. Only, week later they told me that sorry, not applicable. And in the Munich airport they begged people not to wait in line and to take the train for which we will be reimbursed. Bottom line - Lufthansa not to be trusted with their words anymore. Sad but true. Beware and be careful. And prepared for everything.

Lost my money and nerves...
If you are from eu think twice before ordering from iHerb. Just got the most unpleasant experience. The items i ordered arrived but then i needed to fill in number of customs declarations and to fax them to UPS franchise here in croatia... and all this to be charged some 20 euros more then! So, i do the paper work, they get the money. When i complained to iHerb because nowhere was i warned of this procedure in advance they told me that if UPS now returns my purchase they will maybe give me money back but minus all expenses which means i will probably get nothing. Basically this means i will pay for the products i returned and iHerb can then sell them again... which is a great business plan. So, never again and really, if you are from any eu country, i would not recommend you ordering stuff from iHerb. It will cost you money and lots of nerves, it's way too stressful.
