I placed an order with this company on 12/3. Order #FA-*******... The lack of communication is very frustrating, when I try to get an update on my order from their website it simply states... In Process? What does that mean? Is it shipped if so what is the tracking number? Again this was my first time shopping their site so I didn't know what to expect. But I like to have a tracking number whenever I make online purchases..
First time shopping their site. I was generally pleased with the product and the time it took to receive items. I will shop here again
Typically I have been very happy with the online order but I placed an order 2 days ago and after I was charged they tell me one of my items is not available... Really what was your website doing while I was reviewing my cart before I processed and submitted my order? I can not understand how this happens. I will be CANCELLING THE ENTIRE ORDER *******486
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY PRICES! TOTAL HEADACHE... I placed an order on 11/9/2013 M************** AND I immediately submitted a ticket to verify ALL items were in stock... it is now 1 month later and I still haven't received my items!. It stayed it processing for nearly 2 weeks and then FINALLY on 11/26th the update showed shipped. On Nov 30th I received an email stating only a partial of my order was shipped? WTF? That was my very first question & they lied by stating Yes in stock! Rather than trying to get a refund on the unshipped items I requested a replacement item on 12/2... Today 12/9 I am told that item is out of stock as well PLUS they want me to pay additional shipping... huhh are you serious? I ALREADY paid shipping cost its not my fault its out of STOCK... At this point I just want to call the whole thing off, I haven't received ANY items within a month's time... This company is very shady and doing illegal business practices. I will be contacting Paypal requesting my FULL refund today. Do not bother with the customer service #, I haven't been successful speaking to anyone... this site is a total scam. Order from other sites, like Yestyle, Zulily etc
