We rented an expensive villa (3bds). No swimming pool for 3 days. All toilet blocked for 3 days (due to previous building work) after the 1st week of our arrival. We tried to ask zeestay to intervene since the owner refused to refund us a third of the stay. They can't do anything to help. It is all between you and the owner!. So if the owner does not want to pay you are stuck!
