I purchased two phone watches the Q8. They had two types one with a grey type box around the display and an all black one, They have two different prices because one is Tri-Band and the other is Quad Band. I ordered the Quad and was sent the Tri. I ordered these back in October 2013 and had to wait a month for them to arrive, only to send them back because one froze and that they were not the correct watches that I had ordered. I waited another month and was sent the same style. I have been emailing them ever since. (mind you, the watches I sent back was received the following day) They say they cannot see the difference in the two, and that they are what I ordered. I have since looked at their website and they now featuring one watch, the stupid thing about it is they are featuring the model I originally wanted, but continue to inform me they look and are the same watches. I have had live chats, I have sent them the two different watch pictures on their website, I have sent continuos emails from work and home back in November right through to December 2013 and they have all the reference numbers of both watches and the correct reference of the one I ordered, which I must mention as I have stressed this to Tmart. The outside of the box has the correct reference to the one I have ordered. The contents inside is the other watch. As I mentioned I have sent them evidence, they say that they can not see the difference. Up to date I am still trying to retrieve my refund on the watch and postage.
