It's been two weeks. Said I would get an email once it shipped… nothing. I have emailed twice. If they can't fulfil orders when they say they will, maybe they should stop accepting them. Especially during holiday season. My friend lives near HQ, very tempted to have her drive by address and see what the heck is going on. Looks like they might just be taking money from people and never following through.
Update: They finally reached out. Still a little disappointed by lack of communication. I will confirm once order has been received
