Poor communication, and worse customer service. Continually raised rates, and cancelled me after 1 year, claiming they had requested a photo of odometer reading, which they had not requested. I never filed any claims.

Bought a pair of plain Brown Oxfords for about $65.00. Six months in, the sole was coming unglued on the heel. One year in, the inner padding was tearing away from the leather inner side walls. 16 months in, the entire sole is coming unglued from the shoe. Worst pair of shoes in my entire life.!
