I have been a shop customer for years, however due to covid and lock downs I started ordering online, BIG MISTAKE!, Made an order of sale items, paid by PayPal and no confirmation of order, chased this and received generic email saying will receive email when goods dispatched, 3 weeks now no goods, no email!

Honestly, I hate to write this negitive review about Hugo Boss, But their quality is not even...
