I have bought from Missguided 3 times and so far, every shipment has been a positive process. I live in Singapore so shipping for me takes about 1 week to arrive and costs $20 (I usually don't care about the shipment time or returns because it is a hassle. I've had a package from Australia taking 2 months to arrive before). The reason why I return to shop here is the quality of the clothes. For the price, it is much cheaper than clothes sold in my country. They offer great styles and the quality is great.

They sent me a nail polish when I actually ordered an eye base. I offered to return it but their customer service was such a doll and sent me the correct product to me with express shipping and declined to exchange the product. Shipping took 2 days and I live in Singapore! Have bought from them twice and will keep on purchasing in the future!

It took me over a month to receive the product and the packaging it came in was so dirty and dusty. The product didn't do much at all, not worth the money. Glorified toothpaste honestly.

I'm not sure why the reviews are all 1*? My order came in one day late from the expected arrival date (which was only 2 weeks and I live all the way in Singapore) and I sent an email to their customer service. After reading all the 1* comments on this site, was worried that the company was a scam. However, they replied me immediately and was very polite in their email. They helped me track my item and I got it the day after. The product was good. Came in a nice box as well.

I'm not sure why there are so many 1 stars? I've ordered from stylenanda 4 times and have never came across any issues with them. My shipment takes 7 days on average to arrive. What you see on the website is actually what you get, unlike other retail stores such as ASOS which are sometimes a hit and miss for me. Their jeans are very reasonable priced and way better than my Topshop jeans. However, if I can give 1 advice it is to look out for their free shipping promos since their free shipping applies for orders above $200 USD. Their S size is actually pretty big on me but other than that, I don't find any thing wrong from ordering from this site.

I used to religiously buy from ASOS whenever payday arrives but their store has really gone downhill. The products are marked up really high (for the outsider brands) compared to boutique prices. It's always a hit and miss for me for the clothes because some of the products do not reflect the images online. I've gotten my orders mixed up twice with them but thank god for free returns. Also sometimes, they gave me the wrong tracking number and I have to call my local post office to get the right tracking number. All in all, I wouldn't shop with them again. Their customer service, free shipping and returns are okay but it doesn't make up for the overly inflated prices and all the hassle.
