2 boys came to my house for my roofing job and scammed me £700. The name on the letter head paper says "ROOFING CONTRACT" and they signed a guarantee of 25yrs. Then, I allowed them to climb my roof as I was going to work that morning but they didn't do the job. Instead, they used a grey colour paint and smeared on the roof and left and when it rained the following day, the leak became worst.
I tried to call them with the number they gave to me and the line went dead, after a week later, they rang with a different number and demanded for a balance payment of £300 with threats that they worked for me and I owe them a balance.
The first day the came they gave their name as Jason but the name on the bank account was "Theo Clayton". This second time they requested for a balance payment, used a different name.
