I bought a comforter from Byourbed. I like to wash my comforters before using. I received my comforter Friday 2. 5. 2021 and washed it immediately. When I went to take it out the washer machine, there was filling everywhere because the comforter tore. I even had the washer on gentle. Now does it make sense that the comforter tears on the first wash. I thought maybe it was dry clean only the way it ripped so badly but it's not. The company offered to give me a 15% refund. LOL! I want a full refund because I never used it. The material is obviously cheap. I'm glad I washed it before I used it because it would have ripped months later after washing.
