Ordered 2 pair of shoes usually order for pick up but they were unavailable at the store… package finally arrived through fedex and when received package was semi open with clear tape on packing
When I opened the package only one pair of shoes were in there…. Contacted shoe carnival right away and they stated they would send to a different department and I'll be reached through email… next day received an email that I would have to contact my bank to dispute this issue they didn't even try to help… so now my daughter won't be able to compete on her dance competition because Shoe Carnival couldn't fulfill my order and won't help
