I placed an order on December 8th with the promise of next day delivery, as I was eagerly anticipating my outfit for my birthday on December 12th. Unfortunately, my parcel was never delivered, and after reaching out to Royal Mail, I received confirmation that it was misplaced.
My attempts to resolve this issue with EGO have been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been trying to get assistance for over a month, attaching proof of the mishap, but to no avail. The customer service at EGO is shockingly horrible. Despite multiple emails and clear evidence of the problem, they have not bothered to respond or take any steps to rectify the situation.
I am left with no choice but to leave this scathing review, as it seems the only way to garner any attention. The lack of communication and assistance from EGO is appalling, and it reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise against ordering from EGO. In the unfortunate event that your parcel gets lost, do not expect any help or a refund. This has been a truly terrible experience, and I will never consider ordering from EGO again. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your shopping needs.
