“Bad shipping guarantee,”

I order hair from one of the sales Agent Mary, paid them for delivery. They shipped the hair in two different packages (after i asked them to show me weight of my hair, and saw that it was missing 400gram) and they forced me to pay delivery fee twice. For their mistake. The sales agent lacked coordination and will not reply your messages after she sees her mistake. Annoyingly, when the hair came, it was very dry and scanty for double drawn hair. Never again
