I booked a room with Booking.com in a motel in Denver and got a dirty room that smelled of cigarettes. I left and booked another hotel.
The receptionist apologized and said I should get a refund from booking.com
Customer service at Booking.com was useless and I never got my money back.
I will never use booking.com again

Avoid buying tickets from FlightNetwork regardless of the price. Worst company I had to deal with in my life. For any issue, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them out by phone or email.
My flight got cancel and the airline refunded the full amount, only that I received nothing from it. FlightNetwork refuses to refund me the money even though they received the money from the airline.
Save yourself time and money and DO NOT purchase tickets from Flight Network
