Ordered my costume on Oct. 17th and was emailed that with standard shipping it would take 4 to 7 business days. No problem - as long as it's here by Oct. 30th, my daughter can wear it to her classroom Halloween party. However, when I went to check on tracking status, they never even sent it until 2 days ago and now Fedex is stating that it won't arrive until the end of the day on Halloween. She WON'T get it in time for her class Halloween party. Was put on hold forever and received no support. This is criminal.
