I recently purchased an iPhone 11 from OzMobiles and my phone auto filled my details in and unfortunately input my old address (I'd moved a few months ago), so the phone couldn't be delivered and got sent back to OzMobiles. Sadly the return trip for the phone to OzMobiles was bungled and so it was taking really long for them to receive the returned phone and credit me so I can repurchase it. I reached out to their customer service team who responded promptly and went ahead to credit me which allowed me purchase another phone, of course I manual input my address and double checked too. I must commend Chris in customer service. He was amazing.
