I had ordered a medication for my pet, then was called by them to say my vet required a visit before issuing the prescription. So I went to another pet retailer to save money. About a week later I receive an email from pet flow saying the prescription is on its way. When I called to say I didn't need it their attitude was too bad we sent it, no refunds no returns. Over a hundred dollar prescription. Really the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Will never use them again.
