Honestly, I cannot stress this enough: Bitts West Abbotsford is an utter disaster when it comes to IELTS. While most institutions have the decency to release results in 3-5 days, this place? They seem to have made a sport out of keeping people in limbo.

I tried to get answers, but their support? An absolute joke. Rude, dismissive, and more interested in passing the blame than actually helping. They hide behind the excuse that the British Council is at fault. But come on, if that's the case, why aren't other institutions facing the same debacle? It's clear they're just using them as a scapegoat for their own incompetence.
