I have been with Sears since 1979. Protection agreement. When first started off with this ideal of an agreement for all my appliances it worked out fine. Until the last few years. It takes them 4 to 6 months to replaces your appliances if they conk out on you no longer able to fix. Then they won't even reverse your money back to you. Your out of pocket money for having to go to the laundrymat or whatever the lost may be. Not good.

Tip for consumers:
Purchase a washer through the Sears protection agreement program. But every week they call saying we need to reschedule your delivery. On going for up to months at a time before I ever get my replacement. Then I have to pay out of pocket to get my clothes washed. Not fair to customers.
