Ordered a calendar as a present for the holidays on Nov. 27th, and pretty quickly got the email that the order had shipped. That's where the positives end. Order arrival time became delayed, the package never left Texas, and order never arrived. No updates, no explanation. When I check the website, it says that its "delayed" and still in Texas. No easy way to get a refund, and customer service is not available. Don't bother, go to a local stationary store and buy your goods there, at least you'll actually get them.
