My suit was out of stock. It took over a week to notify me. They wanted to ship one suit but not the out of stock one and only gave me a choice of canceling, shipping one, or waiting for the other to be restocked. Sounds reasonable but I asked if one would be shipped and the next shipped later would I be charged for 2 shippings. Got no answer. I opted to wait til 2nd suit is back in stock. Total time will be going on at least 6 weeks to receive.
Not a great solution, but a solution I had to choose
