I bought a coffee table, tv console and an end table. First shipment came damaged. Service guy called. Not able to fix. Second shipment comes - damaged even worse. I wanted a refund, denied.
At this point I didn't want to get another total crap delivery, so I had to go back to the store and pick something else. I ended up picking up something I didn't really want and paid more money for it. Today visit number 4 from Bob's, delivery of set I didn't really want. Again damaged! They force you to take another piece of the same furniture - no refund. I've wasted 4 days waiting for these guys and there's more to come. I am posting everywhere I can, not to go to Bob's. I want my money back!
