We had reservations for July 1-7,2023. I had to cancel (on August 4,2022) and was told the cancelation fee would be $30. I then received an email stating they were charging me a fee of $125 because it was a holiday (which is 11 months away) even after I was told it would only be $30. I spoke with two managers, the last one being Jenn(?) who refused to honor the $30 fee. I was told one amount, charged another and they refused to honor their word. It took me a good bit of time to find their cancelation policy on the website and it does state there is a one night fee for holiday cancelations - but again - that's not what I was told and it is eleven months out. Very disappointed in their customer service.
