I checked off a box for no auto renewal and they charged me anyway. I am battling with them now to get a refund. They are not interested in fixing this problem and are even stalling after I showed proof of the illegal transactions.
Tip for consumers:
They charge seniors looking for companionship additional fees after they have asked not to continue the membership.
