Placed a first time order with this company on May 25th...& another company at the same time... received items from the other order... but nothing from this one... on June 2 I called the number on the website... only to get a recording requesting to send an e-mail... so I requested the status of my order by e-mail... never heard anything for over 24 hours & I requested to cancel my order... then they responded... they said in my e-mail confirmation & on their website that an order can take 2-3 weeks... no way was it in my e-mail confirmation & going back to their website... it is in their return & policy heading... that you find out orders take that long... I feel hidden... It is June 6th & they are telling me my order was sent 6/4... I wanted to cancel on the 2nd... this website is #4 on page 1 of Google... how do businesses like this get on page 1? Wasted time... would NEVER use this site... very disappointed
