I ordered a product that I ordered before it came different it came cloudy it came the wrong color I wanted a refund because the item was different they said that I had to pay for the shipping I said that's not fair because you didn't give me the product that I ordered. So I asked the manager Brandon who is his supervisor and he said there's no one over me and we all know that everybody has a boss. Brandon said the manufacturer said that the item is alright. So I gave Brandon a scenario-- if you go to a steakhouse and your steak happens to be green and the managers in the steak house say oh we assure you the steak is alright would you still eat a green steak. He didn't answer because he know that he would not. They don't care that they are losing a customer and they have lost me.
