I purchased this Nov 2018. It worked good for 9 months. For past two months I have tried to contact the company I purchased from - East Consumer Electronics. They were worthless. Then, I tried Samsun. They have the worst Customer Service. Cannot get a live person and the chat is worthless. Cannot get them to give an address of repair center. Dont buy Samsung. Would give less than 1 star

I will never subscribe to this site again. Very very dissatisfied. I have been emailing them about the matches they send not being what I want. Charging my account for unauthorized charges and have "Staged" profiles.

Don't waste your money!
