I bought a product that never worked. I contacted customer service who emailed instructions to try to make the device work. Nothing worked and they stopped responding. I've tried to get a response for weeks. Finally decided to file a complaint with the BBB.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t be scammed by this fraudulent company. The products don’t work as described and the customer service is nearly nonexistent
