The worst experience we have ever had buying a car. We purchased 2012 Honda Pilot Touring and were told that it had 4 wheel drive but it did not. The car was priced fair market value for a four wheel drive. We were denied a refund and our trade in returned. Admitting their mistake, we were promised they would find a four wheel drive replacement. After 7 months of waiting and paying for a car we cannot use to pull our camper, we are offered one for additional money. Same year, comp miles etc. The $3,000 in payments we have made were of no concern to them. Also if you purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring 2 wheel drive from 2012 - 2016 and were told they would pull 3500 pounds better check again, they are only rated for 2500, seems they do not know their product either. This could cause a serious accident or injury not to mention the overload on the transmission.
