I have used product from EU natural in the past with no problems. Upon reordering the website added additional products without my "consent". I noted the issue immediately, attempted to cancel or correct the order. Phone number always has busy tone, the emails say "you should just keep it, it's 25% discount."
I have sent at least three e mails to state I did not order three extra, do not want them, and have requested to not be billed for the extra "UP SALE." Any customer has the right to cancel orders within 24 hours. Other customers have had issues apparently. This is poor practice, any legitimate company strives to respond to customers. Buyer BEWARE.

I placed order with Annie Cloth for 3 items. Have not received confirmation of order status, they report I item has shipped. This is poor customer service. I am not confident that I will ever receive the order, as others have reported same issue. There is no customer service phone or address contacts. Do NOT order from this site.

Tip for consumers:
Online women’s clothing scam.
