I recently purchased NR545 from Canadian Best Buy. I'm very satisfied with sound quality of this receiver. Price was also very reasonable and very comparable to prices in the USA. Best Buy has good customer service. The only caveat is that you have to be a bit vigilent as some of their sales staff are too creative. They may sell you 'extra warranty' that you may not want to purchase, but they would make it too lucrative for you to resist. They would blend it in the price of your product and make it a package deal which Best Buy calls it a "Kit Price". For example, a $60 warranty for your $500 product they may offer you this "Kit" for $520. But the 'extra warranty' is not refundable. This means that in case you you return the product for a refund, they would not refund the warranty price which in fact was $60. Thus for your $520 purchase, you would be refunded $460. This is because when that sales person rung the cash register, he entered $460 for your product, not $500 which was in fact the original price of your product and which you thought you paid. By making that warranty as part of a package deal, he adjusted the price to $460 and entered $60 for the warranty for a total of $520 that you paid. Thus the $60 dollar warranty would appear as $20. So, when you buy from Best Buy, make sure the cash register slip is showing the correct price of your purchase. Using the price example above, a proper slip would show two items - one for $500 (the main product) and other $20 extra warranty, total $520.
