Easy enough to select the size and type of print. Now waiting to see if it is exactly what I want since it's an odd size.

Ordered a few things. Always great!
I ordered Water Filters for my refrigerator. I received a "Shipment Notification" but when I go and "Track the Order" all it says is "Your Shipment Is Being Prepared" - it's been saying that for 3 weeks! I tried calling but no one ever answers. Tried e-mailing and received an e-mail back once but have never heard anything again. Tried the "Chat with an Agent" and that was useless. Basically got "it's not my job". Amazing, they had no problem taking my money!
