I ordered one item (window washing instrument) but my credit card shows that I have been billed twice and for an amount a few dollars greater than my online billing statement shows. When I finally found the mechanism for dealing with such issues I leaned that you can cancel an order after 30 minutes and this had been about 2 hours. I then found that I could talk to BB&B through a Chat Room but I was informed that there is a 2 day wait, This is the last order I will ever place with this company. PWD
