I was charged stretch pay but it showed on my account paid in full it showed it hadn't been shipped yet but I was told it had.I asked to speak to a supervisor they had me on hold then hung up on me. Never sent a confirmation number.I called back and they still wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and they signed me off my account. They were very rude I have a witness to the amount been charged on the account it NO Supervisor No Confirmation number.Patricia Grey This isn't the only problem I had they sold me a necklace that was supposed to be gold but a magnet stuck to it the bad thing about it is. I had bought two of the sets. I delayed making payments.Because of non gold necklaces. So I believe they changed it to pay in full. I am so disappointed in them I have bought over 20 something Items from them Gold and silver mostly gold and all I got from them is maybe 20 dollars off and that's just the tax so they didn't do much.
