I recently purchased 3 Hydromate bottles for myself, my daughter and my niece. My half-gallon bottle was literally used three times and today, to my shock, as I walked into a lunch meeting carrying it by the material handle attached, it broke for no reason and spilled water all around me as my colleagues stood nearby. Nothing happened to it before this - it wasn't dropped, it wasn't hit. It just broke. Pics attached.
This is the worst part though: after four direct messages and emails sent to Hydromate, not one word from their company and it's been over a month.
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know that this very successful startup company either does not have a customer service department, or simply does not respond to inquiries regarding its product.
