I placed an order online beginning of March, received items and was dissapponted by one and the other piece was a jumpsuit-which was way to big on me. The jumpsuit was return by mail only, so i proceeded to mail back a top and a jumpsuit. A week and a half later I received a credit for the top only. When I mailed off package I was charged $11.00 by postal. When I called to inquire about return they stated the received top only. That they would have to look into scanning process for me to call back in 2-3 days. Proceeded to call back, spoke with Jesse he stated that they were still looking into it and that the supervisor had been informed and that I would be receiving an email within the week. Never received an email so proceeded to call back. I was basically accused of Lying to them about what I returned. A company this big you would thing of not speaking to the same people, but guess who I spoke to again, Jesse! He accused me of lying about my return and kept saying there was nothing more they could do on their end. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and waited 30 minutes before I spoke with Chris. Doubt he was a supervisor, both of these employees were Rude, unprofessional, and did nothing to resolve my issue.
I am out 70$ plus what I paid for shipping back the items. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Closing my credit account.
