I have a crypto dealer who is fabulous (CD) but wanted a back up one, and what a mistake I made! I did a sample run - buying only $100 in coin just to test the platform out. First of all, they have no "sign up" page or information! You fill out as you go and make tons of errors! The account was opened in 2 seconds but every time I tried to do something it was like "you need to complete this first" and every time a change was made or new paperwork submitted the account is locked for 24 HOURS! REALLY? To make a long story short, it took me over a week to get my assets out of BYDFi and their support was USELESS! How do these companies survive with no phone number doing everything by email? Every email I sent, they sent 2 and nothing they said was related to my problem! It would have been so easy to get on the phone with a human, explain and have it resolved! They even told me I needed to change the email address associated with my account which had nothing to do with the problem - only to lock my account another 24 hours? No thank you! Well, after a week I finally resolved the issue myself - no thanks to their support who doesn't seem to be able to read an explanation of the problem. Yes, I closed the account today because my assets were finally sent out! The thought of not having that stress, day in and day out with BYDFi makes me want to celebrate with a party! What a terrible thing to have to go through for something that should be so simple! With new accounts they need to say - complete this, this and this if you're going to be buying or trading coins (why else would anyone open an account) - instead of here's your account and then with every move you make - Ohhh...to do that you need to complete this first and, by the way, now your account will be locked for 24 hours! AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Try Crypto Distributors - deal with the owner who actually cares! A horror of an experience with BYDFi!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them! Their site is a horror and support is deaf, dumb and blind!

I bought a $10 Dunkin Donuts gift card for $5 and indicated it was a gift and I wanted the actual card. A few days later I get a confirmation of my order with a link to print my $10 credit! I again contacted them to advise that this was a gift and I needed the plastic card. They promised to respond within 2 days. It's been 4 days and I still have heard nothing.

I was searching for a Hollister coupon and dealsplus.com offered a coupon for $10 off $25 for signing up for email and their rewards program. It sounded good, as I do shop there often for my granddaughters. I went through the process, even confirming my email address. I finally got the coupon code, went back to the Hollister web site where I had an order for about $65.00 pending. Upon trying to enter the coupon code on my order multiple times, I was told each time that it was not valid. I kept trying because I thought maybe there was a web site problem and after the lengthy process to qualify for the discount, I thought I might be doing something wrong. Eventually, I realized that it just wasn't going to work. I sent Deals Plus a message letting them know how upset I was and also telling them that I wanted all my personal information removed from their database. I have not yet received a reply but will never again use the dealsplus.com website. It's pretty sad that these sites lie to consumers to get their personal information, only to sell it to other merchants, which I'm assuming is the way dealsplus.com operates.
