One of the worst customer service I experienced in my whole life.
Shipping deadlines waaaay too long and without warnings.
You order severals items and you get them in multiple separate shipping (not really environmental friendly), some from one month later to 3 months after purchase... again without notice.
And of course, no answer from them at all by phone or by email all the time.
3 months after my last order, I received an email saying that:
"Dear valued customer,
We're reaching out to inform you of an unforeseen error in our billing department; there has been a delay in processing the payment for your most recent purchase from Henrys.com. This has been corrected, and we have now processed your payment for the received product order. "
Totally unacceptable.
