“Site is not working when making a reservation (page cant be found error)”

This site does not work. When I make a reservation for a my listing, it redirects to page can't be found error. Issue is happening for over 24 hours. I raised a case with the technical team multiple times and no feedback yet. Service desk is not helpful as well
