Losing weight has been my greatest challenge, despite working very hard. By working hard I mean the use of different diets to the latter without tangible results, as well as exercising regularly.
Some months ago, a friend recommended me to get a copy of "The 4 Week Diet" if I really need to use an effective diet. Through curiosity, I got a copy and followed the 4-week diet.
To my surprise, the diet is effective, and I have lost weight.
