“Worst customer service - NO REFUND”

I bought a pair of jeans online recently, I already own 4 G-Star Raw jeans so I know my exact measurements. However the new jeans were like a bag of potatoes so I returned them the next day. Three weeks later, still no refund and every attempt I have made to contact them has so far failed or received no response. I have now made a claim via Pay Pal and if that doesn't work I will have to go to Fair Trading Authorities. I will never buy from them again.

Tip for consumers:
They are simply not responding to my refund request despite theri so called return policy.
