I would like to give them a zero On July 11,2020 I'll order the Uber to go to work. I took the same route I take 3 to 4 times a week one of those days being Saturday morning at 7:15 AM. I didn't do anything different, we didn't take a different routes, no stops, not an upgraded vehicle. When I placed the order the price that showed was what I pay Every time. However I am now gun shy I'm not sure that I ever want to use them again. They have refused to help me. Out right refused and told me that they appreciate my feedback but there's nothing they can do. Considering that they rely on their customers I find this very concerning. I'm frustrated, I feel taken advantage of, and there's nowhere that I can express my voice or concerns. If I could give them zero I would
