I received an item for Christmas, contacted them within the 30 days, they're person didn't get back to me, contacted them a 2nd time they said they'd send me a FedEx label. Didn't hear from them so I contacted them a 3rd time and they told me the label would come from FedEx, found it, walked across the street to mail it with FedEx. Then received an email saying because they did not receive it back within 30 days I could either pay $6.99 to have an item (3x) that was too small either shipped back to me, no I could not exchange it for something else that would fit or they would keep the article of clothing and my money.?! So basically what your saying is either your stealing my money or I can pay $6.99 to get your clothes that don't fit me back?! Sorry she says, yes. I'm like do you realize how disgusting that is of a return policy? I've been in retail for 20 years! If I had run my companies like this I would have been out of business! I will never recommend or buy their clothes. Obviously they had documentation within the time frame that I was returning the item. Isn't that proof enough? So because their people dragged their feet on me when I was trying to return a gift I get screwed. Absolutely disgusted with there policy.
