“Company doesn't stand by their product”

I had Vanilla Bean body cream and the material was flaking off the wrapper, therefore when you used it the wrapper flakes were all over your skin. I took it back and without receipt no refund no exchange. It's garbage now...I will enclose a picture.

I went in Pittsburg Kansas Bath & Body Works I was in there at least 15 minutes praying the body...
