I booked a vacation to go to China and Japan and this company stole all our money about $3,114.00 because according to them we failed to submit the last $100 dollars. I send an email and called them to please charge the entire payment and they didn't at time. I wish a had read all of the reviews in Goodle and Trip advisor. This company is located in Canada and there are nothing but scammers. Please don't book with this company they will steal your money. The reason they don't collect the balance of $100 or $200 is with the sole purpose of stealing your money. Please read all the reiews very carefully before booking wiht them. If you want to use a company please use Gate1 Travel they are the best. Nothing like this UTO VACATION BUNCH OF THIEVES AND SCAMMERS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD.
