Started website build in July 2021 and still not complete by February 2022. Took months to see progress and then blamed all errors on us, even though we'd given very specific brief in advance. Kept upselling us to hosting and management services and then refused to return the full money back. They are NOT a registered company on Companies House. They do NOT have a registered business address, just an unattended PO Box (virtual office). They will not provide the name of the director of the company. I highly doubt they are a legal company in the UK. They currently owe us c. £4000. We have neither the money or a complete website.

Check the company on Companies House if UK based.
