I purchased an ebike conversion kit from this company which arrived OK but was not functioning properly. When I tried to contact their customer support via telephone, I was met with a voice recording that would tell me there were no agents available then hang up, no waiting queue. I tried to call them for over a week, calling every ten minutes, each day. So in the end, well over a few hundred attempts to reach customer service via phone.
I also emailed them of course but it was at least 5 days before I got an unhelpful response then about 4 days before the next response after that.
My point here is that their customer service is nearly non-existent.
